What You'll Do
- Lead the design and delivery of scalable iOS build and release tooling, including Azure DevOps pipelines, build caching, release automation, shared scripts, reusable tasks, variable groups, and consistent build-system configurations across teams.
- Advance CI/CD performance and efficiency by evaluating emerging tooling, reducing build times, eliminating unused capacity, and tracking impact with measurable metrics.
- Set and uphold coding standards, architecture patterns, and best practices across the iOS engineering team.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, DevOps and backend engineers and tech leads to align technical solutions and tooling direction with business goals and the broader mobile platform strategy.
- Mentor and coach iOS engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and technical excellence.
- Monitor and optimize app performance, stability, and release processes to ensure smooth, reliable deployments.
- Stay current with iOS platform updates, tools, and emerging trends, introducing innovative solutions that keep our apps ahead of the curve.
- Partner with leadership to shape product roadmaps and contribute to the long-term mobile strategy.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any relevant combination of education, experience and training
- At least 4 years of experience building and shipping iOS applications, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentorship role.
- Expert-level proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI, with deep knowledge of iOS architecture patterns such as MVVM and VIPER.
- Proven ability to design scalable, modular codebases and lead large feature development from concept to release.
- Strong background in API integration, data persistence, state management, and performance tuning.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and efficient release processes.
- Hands-on exposure to Xcode build settings, Swift Package Manager, toolchain management, and Azure DevOps pipeline design is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional collaboration skills, with a track record of influencing technical direction across teams.
- A strategic, user-focused mindset, balancing technical innovation with delivering impactful product experiences.
