We are looking for a Lead .NET Full-Stack Engineer to join our team!
Our client is an award-winning global tax services and software provider and is the largest Firm in the world dedicated exclusively to business taxes. With global headquarters in Texas, the Firm provides an integrated suite of federal, state, local, and international tax services on a multijurisdictional basis, including tax recovery, consulting, advocacy, compliance, and technology services. The project will require developing a new software solution from scratch using the .NET framework, a custom UI framework, and Azure Cloud.
Responsibilities:
- Lead development team and establish technical processes
- Communicate team progress and technical vision to clients, product owners, and stakeholders
- Ensure proper technical implementation of product requirements and specifications
- Own architectural decisions and be responsible for the whole lifecycle of the product development
- Ensure the development progress is within the specified time and scope
- Provide high-quality app design with proper design patterns, well-structured, modular, performant application code
- Oversee the best implementation of selected architecture
- Establish proper technical processes, including code reviews, test coverage, and CI/CD
- Serve as a technical mentor in the development
- Run and actively participate in Agile processes and events
- Share new ideas, techniques, and methodologies
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in Full-Stack development based on .NET and any modern FE framework
- Technical leadership experience is a must
- Solid knowledge and experience with .Net Core
- Solid knowledge of ASP.NET and Web API
- Strong understanding of design and architectural patterns
- Strong software design fundamentals (SOLID, OOP, OOD, etc.)
- Profound knowledge of the Azure cloud platform
- Good knowledge of fundamental web and server communication technologies (HTTP(S), FTP, SSL)
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6, TypeScript)
- Expert knowledge of MS SQL Server and Entity Framework
- Understanding of security principles and secure SDLC
- Good experience with Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication skills
- Nice to have - Commercial experience with gRPC
- Upper-Intermediate+ level of English
- Ukrainian language Advanced or higher
