Job Description

We're hiring a Lead Product Analyst (Individual Contributor) to join our Risk & Controls team in the Europe & UK squad. 

The goal is to become the preferred choice of payments in Europe for people and businesses with international lives by providing them with the fastest, cheapest, most convenient ways for money movement in Europe and the UK.

You will solve various challenges around helping us to mitigate and manage Risks by designing, implementing and measuring the impact of targeted controls. You will guide the team to unblock growth by identifying high friction points that arise from the controls we implement, balancing a good customer experience while controlling the risk level on our platforms so we can keep customers safe.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Compliance officers, Bankers and other cross-functional partners to improve the Wise product

  • Enabling your team to make data-driven decisions and prioritise the most impactful opportunities for our customers

  • You set KPIs and ensure they are actively used for prioritising the team's work; (this includes planning, opportunity sizing, retroes).

  • Be the primary point of contact for all data related questions and have full ownership of the domain.
