We are monday.com, a global software company transforming how businesses run. Our platform powers ~245,000 companies worldwide, helping teams across industries work more efficiently, scale faster, and reimagine how work gets done.

With 2,500+ employees across the globe, we grow through transparency, collaboration, and a culture that values impact over hours. We support our people with flexible work, wellness benefits, and a strong sense of ownership and initiative.

Since launching monday CRM in 2022, we've seen incredible traction—over 25,000 paying accounts and skyrocketing ARR—making it one of the fastest-growing CRMs on the market. In 2025, we're expanding into a full CRM Suite, starting with CRM Campaigns, a new product that empowers users to build and manage AI-powered marketing campaigns.

We’re looking for a Lead Product Designer to join our newly formed monday Campaigns team in London.

This is a high-impact role for a design lead who thrives in complexity, is deeply customer-focused, and knows how to deliver elegant solutions at scale.

Please note this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our London office (Fitzrovia).

  • Incorporate AI tools and features to transform how marketers work.
  • Collaborate across teams and time zones (London & Tel Aviv) with a strong async mindset and great communication habits.
  • Contribute to monday.com’s broader design culture—sharing learnings, driving best practices, and pushing our craft forward.

Requirements
  • You bring 7+ years of product design experience, with at least 2 years directing, guiding and mentoring designers on the team and scaling impact through others.
  • A track record of strong collaboration with cross-functional leads and contributing to strategic product direction and priorities.
  • Strong UX design skills, with a portfolio showcasing complex workflows and interactive, data-driven experiences.
  • Exceptional interaction and visual design skills with high attention to details.
  • Experience in user research methodologies, including generative research, usability testing, and iterative prototyping.
  • Ability to adapt, iterate, and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a team-first mindset.
  • Excited about how AI can redefine the way we work. From adopting new tools to refining processes which increase our efficiency and craft.

Nice to have:

  • With added points for prior SaaS/ B2C, enterprise-focused experience.
  • Prior experience managing Product Designers.
