As a Lead Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in driving commercial success within your assigned territory. You will be delivering high‑value energy technology solutions including equipment, services, and digital offerings while building strong, trust‑based customer partnerships. You will be providing expert guidance across technical product lines, negotiating tailored commercial conditions, and contributing to long‑term growth initiatives aligned with Baker Hughes’ OFSE and IET portfolios. You will be collaborating with technical sales support, product companies, and regional leadership to ensure competitive, customer‑centric solutions that elevate performance and strengthen market position.

Responsibilities, Authorities and Accountabilities

  • Providing sales leadership within a defined geographic territory by selling products, services, parts, solutions, or projects.

  • Handling technically complex products and systems, including delivering customization within established guidelines.

  • Contributing to pricing frameworks and commercial conditions, including negotiating client‑specific terms

  • Managing diverse client relationships across the region to ensure sustained growth and customer satisfaction.

  • Cooperating with technical sales support teams to successfully realize sales opportunities.

  • Leading a department with large estimated orders and maximizing order conversion.

  • Focusing on commercial execution within a medium‑sized territory to expand market penetration.

Desired Characteristics

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
    OR a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in Sales

  • Have a minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Sales.

  • Have strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Have strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.

  • Have the ability to influence others and lead small teams.

  • Have experience leading initiatives of moderate scope and impact.

  • Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
