About the Role
As we continue to grow, we are excited to add a Strategic Sales & Analytics (SSNA) Lead to our German team, based in our Frankfurt office. This is a key leadership role within the Strategic Sales & Analytics organization, reporting directly to the VP, SS&A DACH.
In this role, you will drive data-led decision-making across key retail accounts in Germany. You'll be responsible for shaping market and category strategy, delivering actionable insights, guiding pricing and promotion recommendations, and ensuring strong business health tracking. What You'll Be Doing
Market & Category Strategy
  • Act as the category expert by monitoring market trends, pricing strategies, promotional effectiveness, and competitive dynamics.
  • Ensure the brand is consistently winning market share by proactively identifying and addressing performance gaps.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to develop data-driven category strategies that increase distribution, shelf space, and in-store visibility.
  • Provide real-time POS analysis to support rapid decision-making and strategic course correction.

Business Performance & Analytics
  • Lead financial and commercial performance analysis, including variance and trend analysis, to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards that provide clear visibility into key business metrics.
  • Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting covering sales results, category trends, and financial KPIs.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and communicate recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Strategic Sales Analytics & Reporting
  • Analyze market opportunities, category gaps, and competitive threats to inform strategic priorities.
  • Manage the Master Event Calendar for the German market to ensure alignment across retail initiatives.
  • Evaluate pre- and post-promotion performance to quantify impact and improve future planning.
  • Track and measure KPIs including promotional lift, pricing elasticity, and overall sales performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Lead and collaborate closely with sales, marketing, finance, supply chain, and R&D teams.
  • Ensure strong alignment across functions to deliver category and business objectives.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (advanced analytics education preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in strategic sales, category management, or business analytics roles.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into commercial strategies.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI and analytics tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior leadership.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying market opportunities and risks.
