You will be responsible for driving and optimizing the commercial performance of a portfolio of products under SharkNinja brands. This role sits at the center of category growth, owning results, identifying opportunities, and ensuring your portfolio consistently wins in the market.
You will analyze market, sales, and customer performance, manage forecasts and promotional calendars, and collaborate closely with sales and marketing to drive action and continuously improve results. The ideal candidate brings strong category level commercial management experience, excellent analytical capability, and the ability to influence cross functional teams to achieve ambitious objectives.
What You'll Do
Commercial Leadership
Own category growth and performance across your portfolio.
Set and communicate clear category objectives and KPIs.
Build strong partnerships with sales, marketing, supply chain, and product development to create and execute impactful commercial plans.
Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews, driving both short term execution and long term strategy.
Growth and Expansion
Support expansion into relevant channels with the right portfolio strategy to win.
Identify opportunities to increase distribution and grow market share.
Analyze market trends to unlock new opportunities and proactively mitigate risks.
Assortment Management
Lead portfolio decisions including pricing strategy, SKU additions, and discontinuations to optimize performance.
Ensure optimal product assortment and merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
Drive effective short and long term promotional planning, adapting quickly to market dynamics.
Financial Management
Prepare and manage the category budget, including sales forecasts, promotional investment, and profitability targets.
Track and analyze financial performance, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing corrective actions.
Lead margin improvement and cost efficiency initiatives.
Cross Functional Collaboration
Lead and collaborate with cross functional teams across sales, marketing, finance, supply chain, and research and development.
Ensure strong alignment and coordination to deliver category objectives.
What You'll Bring
5+ years of experience in category or commercial management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to think strategically and translate data into action.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross functional teams.
A driven, detail oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple moving priorities simultaneously.
Comfort operating in a fast paced, high performance environment.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Strong problem solving capability and initiative.
Willingness to travel as required.
