About Cut + Dry
Cut + Dry is revolutionizing food distribution by providing a best-in-class e-commerce platform that helps distributors connect with customers more efficiently. As a Trainer, you’ll be on the front lines of customer education, ensuring that newly onboarded distribution partners (DPs) can confidently navigate and maximize the value of our platform.
What You’ll DoAs a Trainer, you will work closely with the Growth Team to provide hands-on training to newly onboarded DPs and help them fully understand Cut + Dry’s features, tools, and best practices.
Responsibilities:- Deliver live virtual and in-person training for new distribution partners.
- Customize training sessions based on DP needs, industry best practices, and business objectives.
- With the support of the product marketing team, develop easy-to-digest training materials (videos, help docs, walkthroughs) to support ongoing learning.
- Monitor DP adoption metrics, identifying gaps and providing additional training where needed.
- Be a trusted resource, answering customer questions and ensuring they feel confident using Cut + Dry.
- Gather feedback from training sessions, working with the Senior Training Manager and Growth Managers to improve programs.
- Patient, empathetic, and solutions-oriented, making training engaging and effective.
- Comfortable speaking to business leaders and frontline teams alike.
- An intuitive communicator who enjoys breaking down complex concepts into simple, intuitive steps.
- Passionate about technology and digital transformation in the food distribution space.
- 2+ years in training, customer education, or enablement.
- Experience delivering live virtual and in-person training sessions.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Ability to adapt training to different learning styles.
- Familiarity with e-commerce, SaaS, or logistics.
