At Epignosis, we build workplace learning software that enables more than 70,000 teams worldwide to offer training to millions of people. Our portfolio of tools can be used by organizations of any size and includes TalentLMS - a zero-overhead cloud LMS, eFront - an enterprise LMS, TalentCards - a mobile app for training the deskless workforce, and TalentHR - a lightweight HRIS to manage people ops. We are competing with the world’s top eLearning solutions and we aim at becoming world’s #1.

We're on a mission to democratize training by developing simple, accessible, and affordable software. We count 12.000+ companies as customers and with more than 11 million users logging in to use our platforms, we are a much-loved global leader in learning tech. At home, we are quickly becoming one of the largest SaaS company to come out of Greece.

That's were you come in.

We’re looking for a Learning & Development Manager who’s not just passionate about talent growth but energized by the idea of building a culture where learning leads everything. This is your chance to shape, scale, and spark the kind of L&D function most people only dream about.

Why this role matters

As our Learning & Development Manager, you’ll help us bring that vision to life by designing not only impactful learning experiences, but also the infrastructure that supports growth over time. From leading capability programs and feedback rituals to shaping career paths and performance development frameworks, you’ll be laying the foundations of how we grow, coach, and celebrate people across the company.

If you're passionate about turning learning into momentum and performance into possibility, this is your chance to help shape a culture where development is continuous, human, and deeply meaningful.

Responsibilities

As a Learning & Development Manager, you will:

  • Design and deliver impactful learning experiences across the employee lifecycle from onboarding to leadership development.
  • Lead the creation of a performance development framework that reflects continuous feedback, psychological safety, and meaningful growth not static review cycles.
  • Build tools and processes that support clarity and mobility, including career pathing, capability models, and role-specific competencies.
  • Partner with People Ops, team leads, and execs to identify learning needs, co-create solutions, and embed learning into daily workflows.
  • Curate and deliver a variety of learning formats — workshops, async toolkits, coaching guides, and internal academies.
  • Set up simple, meaningful ways to measure impact, collect feedback, and continuously evolve our approach.
  • Help shape a company-wide learning mindset, one that values curiosity, experimentation, and growth over perfection.

Requirements

To be successful in this role as a Learning & Development Manager, you should have:

  • Proven experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development.
  • Experience creating scalable learning frameworks in a fast-paced or tech environment.
  • A builder’s mindset - you’re energized by crafting new programs and processes.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills - you can coach, host, and inspire.
  • Empathy and curiosity - you actively listen, learn, and design with people in mind.
  • Ability to influence without authority - you bring people with you, not at them.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity - you turn vague needs into clear learning paths.
  • Collaborative spirit - you believe learning is best when co-created and shared.

Benefits

The most important thing we offer is a safe and healthy professional environment, giving you the opportunity to work on products that positively impact millions globally. Become part of Epignosis, a diverse group of smart, fun, and GIF-loving professionals in offices worldwide, including the U.S., the U.K., Greece, and Cyprus! Our employees enjoy benefits that enhance productivity and contribute to their professional development. Apart from that, we also offer:

  • Competitive compensation packages – because great work deserves great rewards.
  • Participation in the Epignosis Employee Stock Options Plan – because when we grow, you grow with us.
  • Inclusive parental benefits – support for every kind of family, no matter your path to parenthood.
  • Private health insurance plan – your well-being matters to us, on and off the clock.
  • Meal allowance – fuel your day, your way.
  • Complimentary meals at the office – think daily breakfast spreads and lunch catered three times a week. Yes, we’re serious!
  • Access to our in-house blood bank – giving back is in our blood (literally).
  • Professional development initiatives – we’re not just creating LMSs for others, we’re also learners ourselves!
  • Gorgeous office space – work where you thrive, whether that’s in our beautiful HQ.
  • A vibrant working environment – surrounded by brilliant, quirky, passionate minds.
