    • Key Responsibilities

      • Develop and deliver the Workstream 2 training and communications plan.
      • Assess stakeholder impacts and identify training needs across roles, functions and regions.
      • Create clear training materials, process guidance, communications and leadership briefings.
      • Coordinate delivery through virtual, classroom and digital learning channels.
      • Support communications relating to new TPRM roles, processes, governance, controls and systems.
      • Work with subject-matter experts to ensure content is accurate, consistent and aligned with the Target Operating Model.
      • Track training completion, engagement, feedback and readiness, escalating adoption risks where required.
      • Maintain training materials and communications to support transition into business as usual.

      Key Requirements

      • Experience in training, communications, change management or business readiness within a large, complex organisation.
      • Experience supporting operating model, risk, regulatory or transformation programmes.
      • Strong written communication, presentation and content-development skills.
      • Ability to translate complex processes and policies into clear, practical guidance.
      • Strong stakeholder-management skills, including experience working across global and cross-functional teams.
      • Knowledge of TPRM, Procurement, Risk or Financial Services is highly desirable.
      • Experience using learning-management, collaboration or digital communication tools.
      • Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines.
