What you will be doing:

  • Completing customer compliance questionnaires
  • Contract negotiations with customers
  • Review & approval of supplier contracts
  • Maintenance of our legal entities in Europe and further corporate housekeeping
  • Maintenance and development of our privacy program
  • Ensuring that our policies remain compliant with applicable regulations

    What we will love about you: 

    • You are fluent in English and German, and French or Italian is a plus
    • You are a fully qualified lawyer with at least 1 year PQE
    • You have deep understanding of the legal system in Germany, Switzerland or Austria
    • You have a passion for solving legal challenges in an efficient and solution oriented way
    • Rigorous, attentive to detail, and able to provide clear and concise explanations
    • You are a strong communicator and confident discussing legal topics with both lawyers and non-lawyers
    • As a strong analytical thinker, you thrive understanding and adjusting complex contractual agreements

      Onboarding goals/ Milestones:

      1 month:

      • You have completed our general onboarding and can orient yourself in the company.
      • You understand the design and content of our customer contracts.
      • You have a basic understanding of the regulatory requirements that apply to us and our customers.
      • You understand our requirements to supplier contracts.

        3 months:

        • You have conducted your first contract review and have participated in a negotiation with a customer.
        • You have successfully executed your first corporate housekeeping project.
        • You are autonomously reviewing and approving supplier contracts
        • You have successfully completed your first customer compliance questionnaire.

        6 months:

        • You are independently partnering with Sales and Customer Success to close customer contracts.
        • You have reviewed and improved some of our compliance programs.
        • You are proactively supporting our business stakeholders from the business unit or group with corporate admin topics.
