We are currently looking for a Legal Counsel (m/f) for the cluster of Czechia, Slovakia and Hungary with a job location in Prague or Bratislava. This role combines traditional business law expertise with a forward-looking mindset, particularly in the use of AI and digital tools within legal practice.
This is an exciting opportunity for a lawyer with approximately 6+ years of experience who enjoys working in a dynamic multinational environment, in various fields of law (e.g. commercial & antitrust, advertising, labour and corporate law) and wants to help shape how legal services evolve through digital technology and innovation.
What You'll Do
As Legal Counsel, you will support our business by providing business curtailed strategic legal advice in a broad range of commercial activities, including commercial operations and manufacturing facilities. The initial geographical focus will be Czechia and Slovakia, with openness to advise on certain matter on cluster level, including Hungary.

What You'll Do

Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting business stakeholders with a pragmatic, solution oriented and timely legal advisory
- Providing balanced legal assessment based on solid understanding of EU and local laws, regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements and labour law contracts; preparing internal guidelines and templates
- Building a solid business understanding by partnering closely with business stakeholders
- Outside counsel management, briefing and instruction
- Monitoring relevant legal and regulatory developments in the relevant jurisdictions
- Supporting commercial and corporate initiatives with local legal expertise across the MEU region
- Collaborating with regional and global legal teams, sharing best practices, advising on local law
- Implementing digital legal solutions, focusing on smart and compliant use of AI tools to improve efficiency and decision-making
What We're Looking For
We are seeking a legal professional who combines strong legal expertise with curiosity for innovation, meeting the following requirements.
Hard skills and experience:
- Law degree (JD) from a public reputable university in Czechia or Slovakia
- Minimum 6 years of work experience gained in multinational corporate environment or reputable law firm
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Experience in using new digital technologies for legal work (AI fluency)
- Advanced MS Office and Adobe user skills
- Availability for occasional business trips
- Bar qualification is an advantage
