The role you’ll play

At ClassPass, we believe movement should feel effortless, joyful, and personal—and the way we engage with our users reflects that. As a Lifecycle Marketing Program Manager, you’ll lead ClassPass’s consumer referral and onboarding initiatives for the UK and global markets. From the first spark of interest to long-term loyalty, you’ll build thoughtful, data-informed journeys that connect users to the experiences they love.

This is a cross-functional, high-impact role for a strategic marketer who knows how to go deep into the data and wide across teams. You’ll turn insights into campaigns, experiments into scaled initiatives, and ideas into results.

  • Lead referral and onboarding lifecycle strategies from idea through execution and global rollout
  • Use Braze and internal tools to design, build, and deploy multi-channel lifecycle campaigns
  • Identify trends and optimise referral acquisition performance across messaging, placements, and incentives
  • Analyse engagement data to surface insights, shape campaign decisions, and report clear, actionable outcomes
  • Create and manage A/B testing strategies that inform performance improvements across the funnel
  • Collaborate with Product, Creative, and Finance teams to evolve and own the onboarding roadmap
  • Build and maintain reporting on lifecycle KPIs, delivering insights that align teams and drive scale
  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders to prioritise lifecycle marketing as a growth engine

Experience You Bring:

  • 3+ years in growth marketing, performance marketing, analytics, or another data-led role
  • Hands-on experience managing lifecycle campaigns across email, in-app, and push channels
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from SQL and Excel
  • Proven success in testing strategies and applying A/B results to drive growth
  • Clear communicator who thrives in collaborative, cross-functional environments
  • Highly organised with a proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership
  • Familiarity with Braze or a similar lifecycle marketing platform is a plus
  • Experience with tools like Asana, JIRA, or other project management platforms is preferred
