The Lifecycle Marketing Manager (LMM) role at AirDNA:
The LMM will own the post-acquisition customer journey, from free signup through activation, conversion, retention, and reactivation. Your mission is to design and scale personalized, data-driven campaigns that drive engagement and maximize customer lifetime value. Partnering closely with Product, Data, and Customer Success, you’ll build scalable, automated lifecycle programs that convert our free user base into high-value customers.
Here's what you'll get to do:
- Map and manage the end-to-end lifecycle for free, trial, and paid users
- Build automated email, in-app, and push campaigns to drive activation and upgrades
- Design segment-specific journeys for researchers, hosts, and property managers
- Optimize conversion drivers with A/B testing and behavioral triggers
- Partner with Product & CS to align lifecycle messaging with the customer experience
- Launch win-back campaigns to re-engage churned users with personalized insights
- Continuously analyze user behavior and funnel performance to uncover opportunities
- Own lifecycle KPIs including activation, free-to-paid conversion, churn, and LTV
- Create dashboards and post-campaign reports to measure ROI and iterate
Here's what you'll need to be successful:
- 5+ years in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing - ideally in a B2C or prosumer SaaS
- 2+ years in lifecycle marketing for Product-led-growth (PLG) consumer technology
- Proven track record of boosting free-to-paid conversions and retention rates
- Deep experience with email marketing platforms, marketing automation tools, and customer data platforms; specifically HubSpot, Segment, Intercom and BI tools (GA4, Looker, Tableau, etc)
- Analytical mindset - able to translate data into actionable campaigns
- Comfortable running A/B tests and iterating quickly based on results
- Collaborative spirit - skilled at working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data, and CS
- Excellent copywriting and messaging skills with an ability to tailor communication to different customer personas

- Salary range 35,000 - 42,000 EUR annually
