The Liquidity Manager will manage liquidity across company products, analyze liquidity needs, execute asset allocation strategies, and oversee operations to reduce risks and ensure financial stability.
The Liquidity Manager will manage liquidity across different company products (crypto assets, tokens, exchange accounts, financial instruments). The role is to keep the right balance, reduce risks, and support financial stability of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily liquidity: crypto wallets, exchanges, bank accounts.
- Analyze liquidity needs by products and markets, forecast fund movements.
- Execute strategies to allocate assets between wallets, exchanges, and partners.
- Monitor balances and ensure coverage of company obligations (client payouts, trading, operations).
- Reduce operational and market risks, work with limits for exchanges and counterparties.
- Work together with teams: trading, finance, compliance, product.
- Automate accounting and reporting processes for liquidity.
- Prepare regular reports for management (daily, weekly, monthly).
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in finance, treasury, liquidity management, or trading.
- Understanding of crypto markets, exchanges, and blockchain.
- Ability to work with large data sets (Excel, Google Sheets, ideally SQL).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- English level Upper-Intermediate or higher (for communication with international partners).
- Experience in crypto companies, fintech, banks, or brokers.
- Knowledge of exchange and payment provider APIs.
- Skills in automation (Python, scripts).
- Experience working with regulators or auditors.
