Intro
Capco is expanding our Finance Transformation practice, and we’re looking for professionals with experience in regulatory finance change and stress testing. You’ll help top-tier financial institutions strengthen their capital management, risk capabilities, and compliance frameworks through smarter stress testing, ICAAP/ILAAP delivery, and integrated finance solutions. If you're a strategic Business Analyst, Consultant, or PM ready to shape the future of financial resilience, we’d love to talk.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement end-to-end stress testing frameworks across credit, market, and liquidity risk.
- Deliver ICAAP, ILAAP, and RRP initiatives aligned with regulatory expectations (PRA, EBA, Basel).
- Collaborate with CFOs, Treasurers, and CROs to embed stress testing into capital and business planning.
- Support transformation of finance and treasury functions, including data, controls, and automation.
- Drive delivery of regulatory and BAU finance change, from analysis through to implementation.
What You Bring
- Experience delivering finance or regulatory transformation projects in financial services.
- Working knowledge of stress testing, capital planning, and BAU reporting processes.
- Strong BA/PM skillset: requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and governance.
- Understanding of finance processes (P&L, balance sheet, cost allocation, financial reporting).
- Knowledge of key regulations: Basel, IFRS, PRA guidelines, and ICAAP/ILAAP frameworks.
Bonus Points For
- Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or strong finance domain credentials.
- Prior consulting or change experience in regulated financial institutions.
- Experience integrating digital tools into finance transformation (e.g. Gen AI, RPA, cloud).
- Exposure to finance IT strategy and operating model transformation.
- Track record of working directly with C-suite finance or risk stakeholders.
