Lead Meaningful Change in Enterprise and Operational Risk
The Role
Capco is seeking a Managing Principal with deep expertise in Non-Financial Risk to support the continued growth of our FRRF capability. You’ll lead impactful engagements with major financial institutions, delivering transformative advisory services across operational and enterprise risk. Acting as a strategic advisor, you’ll shape future-facing risk frameworks and help drive business growth through client development and market leadership.
What You’ll Do
Lead and deliver risk transformation projects across enterprise and operational risk domains
Assess and enhance risk processes and controls across the first and second lines of defence
Interpret regulatory expectations and align client practices accordingly
Engage and manage stakeholders across all organisational levels to drive collaborative outcomes
Represent Capco in client-facing leadership roles and contribute to business development initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in operational or enterprise risk, ideally within financial services
In-depth understanding of evolving risk regulations and compliance expectations
Strong ability to document, assess and improve risk and control processes
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across varied audiences
Demonstrated experience leading or supporting change and transformation programmes
Bonus Points For
Background in control testing, assurance or risk remediation
Confidence in running workshops and facilitating stakeholder discussions
Prior consulting experience in risk-focused roles
Familiarity with drafting or reviewing risk policies and governance documents
Experience evaluating and enhancing risk frameworks and control environments
