About the role:
As a part of the R&D Department, you will participate in the testing process during the implementation of new changes in projects/products, ensuring the high quality of Altium Designer, and related Altium products based on its following quality standards.
As QA Engineer, you will work with the Team on the planning process, deliver new features and coordinate testing efforts between teams/PM/TL/RM, the support team, and technical writers.
As QA Engineer, you will develop and maintain automated tests using C#, work with desktop automation tools and assist in troubleshooting issues with autotests.

Whom we’re looking for, what you need to have:
- 4+ years of experience as a QA Engineer
- 1+ years of driving flow in the QA team.
- Knowledge of CI/CD
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- VCS systems (SVN, GIT) experience
- Experience in programming and automation scripting
- Familiarity with CAD tools will be highly regarded, further enhancing your potential contributions to our team.
- Ability to identify flaws in testing processes, toolsets, and infrastructure, and propose and drive necessary improvements.
- Upper-intermediate level of written and spoken English
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with vector graphic editors (CAD)
- Experience in testing of desktop applications
- Experience in electronic engineering or similar
- Virtualization basic knowledge (VMWare, VBox, Virtual PC)
- Traffic sniffers knowledge (Fiddler, HTTP Debugger)
- Performance testing tools knowledge (i.e. Jmeter)
- Understanding of OOP language (C# or Java)
- Experience with automation testing (as a plus)
