The Role
As a Marketing Analyst, you’ll join Capco’s Global Marketing team and play a hands-on role supporting UK marketing activity across Edinburgh, London, and Glasgow. This role places a strong emphasis on events and experiential marketing, alongside campaign delivery, content creation, and stakeholder collaboration.
You’ll work closely with colleagues across the business to help deliver impactful events, manage branded materials, support digital and social activity, and ensure marketing initiatives are executed smoothly and consistently. This is an opportunity to build broad marketing experience within a collaborative, fast-paced, and inclusive environment.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and support marketing events, including planning logistics, managing giveaways and branded materials, and supporting on-the-day delivery
- Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing assets such as thought leadership, email campaigns, sales collateral, and social media content
- Support the execution and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Manage and track creative requests, working with designers, content teams, and external agencies
- Maintain UK marketing content across internal channels, including intranet pages and internal newsletters
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a marketing role within a B2B, professional services, consulting, or agency environment
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills, including confidence editing copy and creating presentations
- Demonstrable experience supporting events, campaigns, or experiential marketing initiatives
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at different levels while managing multiple priorities
- A proactive, organised approach with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail

- Experience supporting in-person or hybrid events, conferences, or trade shows
- Familiarity with social media content creation and analytics
- Experience using marketing tools, platforms, or content management systems
- Exposure to financial services, insurance, or energy sectors
