  • Become comfortable with product and industry knowledge
  • Gradually assume ownership of routine marketing tasks—more specifically social media, email, inbox management, and internal database management
  • Assist on expanding our Partner Program
  • Help us launch our newsletter and revamp our existing email campaigns

Your responsibilities

  • Develop and manage social media and email content
  • Conduct market research
  • Create visual assets for various marketing channels
  • Drive new projects and process improvements on own initiative
  • Assist with other Marketing tasks and projects as required
  • Contribute to team-building activities

What You bring to the table

  • Passion for marketing with some relevant digital marketing experience
  • Self-motivated with ability to deliver quality work with minimal supervision
  • You can prioritize well and juggle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Initiative and ability to work on projects from idea to completion
  • Resourcefulness, accountability, and enthusiasm for continuous learning
  • Attention to detail and diligence
  • Great energy matching our positive team culture

Bonus points if you:

  • Are familiar with ecommerce activities, accounting platforms like QuickBooks, or ecommerce platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce
  • Have a passion for organization and love working in Notion as much as we do
  • Have experience with some of our key tools: Slack, HubSpot, Customer.io, Ahrefs, WordPress, Elementor, Google Analytics, Google Search Console

What’s in it for You

  • Ultimate flexibility: We’re 100% remote. You can work from wherever you like, whenever you like.
  • Freedom and autonomy: We’re a high-trust team, and you’ll be given lots of flexibility to solve problems in your own way — with plenty of help from the team when you need it.
  • Minimum bureaucracy: We don’t like to get bogged down with meetings and red tape. We like to be efficient and keep momentum steady & sustainable.
  • Small & friendly team: We help each other out, have fun, and joke around.
  • Our network: We are a community of entrepreneurial SaaS professionals that regularly exchange ideas, knowledge, learning and expertise with each other internally.
