This is a remote position.

This is a sales role in the IT Solutions Consulting and Managed Services industry with focus on Digital Transformation Solution Consulting, Cloud Transformation, Cyber Security, Data Management, AI Enablement space. This is a marketing coordinator role where you play a key role in enhancing our brand visibility, managing marketing events, and supporting our sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management:
    • Develop and execute a content calendar for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
    • Create, schedule, and monitor posts to ensure consistency with brand messaging.
    • Engage with the audience to build community and increase following.
    • Track and report social media analytics to optimize campaigns.
  • Event Coordination:
    • Plan and execute webinars, virtual events, and in-person marketing or sales events.
    • Coordinate logistics, such as scheduling, invitations, vendor management, and post-event follow-ups.
    • Ensure timely delivery of event marketing materials and presentations.
  • Marketing Support:
    • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
    • Arrange and organize meetings between stakeholders, prospects, and partners.
    • Assist in creating marketing collateral like brochures, presentations, and email campaigns.
  • Sales Enablement:
    • Support sales staff with client meeting coordination and follow-ups proactively.
    • Support trade shows and conferences by coordinating booth setups and promotional activities.
    • Manage event budgets and timelines to ensure efficient execution.
    • Identify and source promotional items for events and client engagements.
  • Content and Communication:
    • Assist in drafting blog posts, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
    • Learn to update WordPress website with blog content and whitepapers.
    • Maintain and update marketing databases and CRM systems.


Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, preferably in IT services or technology.

Required Skills:

·       Microsoft Office tools

·       Any design tool for content beautification

  • Proficiency in social media platforms and tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
  • Experience with event planning and execution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
