Description

Who we are

Founded in 2016, Lusha grew from a bootstrapped startup to a $1.5B unicorn, backed by $245M in investments and trusted by sales teams at Google, Zendesk, and Yotpo.

Lusha is an AI-powered sales intelligence platform, changing the B2B sales experience with a new approach called Sales Streaming. Allowing salespeople to spend most of their time selling instead of wasting time and effort on manual prospecting.

With 1.5M+ users, 200M+ contacts, and 40K new signups every month, we’re the engine behind modern GTM teams. And we’re just getting started.

Where does this role fit in our vision?

Every role at our company is designed with a clear purpose—to integrate collective efforts into our shared success, functioning as pieces of a collective brain. As a Marketing Designer, you will ensure our marketing assets are engaging, cohesive, and user-centric. Your work will help users better understand our product's benefits and drive conversions by presenting them in a simple, clear, and compelling way, aligning with our vision of creating a delightful and intuitive user experience across all marketing touchpoints.

What will you be responsible for?

  • Build and update marketing assets that overwhelm and engage our potential users.
  • Construct creative concepts and communicate them clearly and simply.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach in identifying opportunities for improvement and taking the initiative to address them and own design projects from A-Z.
  • Work collaboratively within the marketing team to gather information, understand the end goals, and strategize visual communication approaches, with the business goals in mind. Design page layouts, ensuring they are pixel-perfect, inspiring, and user-friendly.
  • Ensure consistency with our brand Guidelines; visual, voice, and tone. Represent the Lusha brand by creating and following our design standards for every project.
  • Work with the design team to continually improve our marketing efforts and make them more engaging for our customers.
  • Review your work using data and feedback, and apply what you learn to future projects.
  • Take ownership of important strategic projects from start to finish.
  • Communicate well with a fast-moving, cross-functional team to get things done.
  • Meet deadlines and raise flags if needed.

Requirements

Here’s what we need from you:

  • A strong online design portfolio that consists of web-based marketing campaigns and strong graphic principles - a must.
  • B. Design in visual communication - a must.
  • At least 4 years of marketing experience with a solid understanding of the design process.
  • Knowledge of the marketing industry and how design can impact marketing strategies, especially for SaaS companies.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to prioritize the team’s success.
  • Ability to adapt, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts through simplified visuals.
  • Strong typography skills and attention to detail.
  • Hands-on experience in Adobe Suite and Figma.
  • Strong written and spoken English skills.
  • Strong demonstrated Illustration skills - a plus.
  • Proven ability to build and enhance brand identity - a plus.
  • AI-savvy: comfortable working with AI tools and staying ahead of emerging trends

We’re dreamers, innovators, and learners, driven by simplicity, collaboration, and trust.

At Lusha, your work matters. Your voice is heard. And your growth is part of our growth.
