You will be working together with our internal marketing team, developing roadmaps, estimates, and execution plans, in order to deliver a high-quality, localized customer experience. You will also work together with other Marketing Localization Managers and our language service providers to improve processes and develop company-wide awareness of localization.

- Develop and maintain detailed localization project plans, schedules, and budgets for marketing campaigns.
- Manage end-to-end localization process from initiation to completion, including translation and transcreation. Ensure on-time, high-quality translation delivery.
- Educate stakeholders on the localization process and best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, and product teams to align localization requirements.
- Collaborate closely with external vendors to provide valuable guidance that ensures efficient partnerships and high-quality outcomes.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders and team members to provide updates and address concerns.
- Identify opportunities for improving localization workflows, content impact, and overall efficiency.
- Develop and pitch creative project ideas to team members to improve the localization strategy and/or process.
- Drive projects to drive operation processes and quality improvements.
Localization Expertise
- Extensive experience managing localization projects within a marketing or content-focused role.
- Strong understanding of localization workflows, including translation, transcreation, and cultural adaptation.
- Relevant experience with localization tools and platforms. Smartling is a strong advantage.
- Basic familiarity with content management systems (CMS) or marketing automation tools is a plus. (i.g. Contentful, Magnolia, and Salesforce Cloud)
- Experience using data and metrics to evaluate the performance of localized content is a plus.
- Relevant experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence is a strong advantage.
Vendor Management
- Relevant experience working with external vendors or language service providers.
- Proven ability to provide constructive and meaningful feedback to vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Communication & Personal Attributes
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience working in international companies.
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly, and master diverse technologies and techniques.
