Job Description
We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Marketing Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Marketing Manager role lies within the European Away from Home (AFH) business unit. You'll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level.
This contract is for an initial parental leave cover of 12 months.
You'll be reporting into Tom Franklin, Away From Home Director, Northern Europe. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders! The delivery of the Away from Home B2C and B2B Marketing plans will be your primary responsibility.
What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with the AFH sales and Culinary teams to identify and activate AFH initiatives, whilst delivering positive consumer experiences (e.g. Events & experiential, virtual stores, limited time offer activation, customer partnerships, menu & merchandise branding)
  • Develop a pipeline of sales-driving trade marketing activities to support growth of KHC products in wholesale / e-wholesale partnering with Kraft Heinz's trade agency, RTM and ecomm teams
  • Co-ordinate with Regional & Global AFH teams to ensure communication and execution of key zone marketing & innovation initiatives with the UK
  • Planning of the AFH Marketing budget, able to do more with less whilst ensuring appropriate resource allocation for growth driving activities
  • Lead the relationship with Design, B2B Trade, PR and Insight agencies, ensuring delivery of cost-effective, high impact campaigns, content and insights
  • Drive the N. Europe AFH innovation agenda using a wide source of insights to inform our innovation pipeline and ensure long-term menu relevancy for our products
  • Lead the Equipment and Merchandise Strategy ensuring that the sales team are equipped with the equipment needed to win and retain business & drive the merchandising of this with support of ecom and global digital teams
  • Lead a team of three (1 x Innovation Manager, 1 x Brand Manager, 1 x Junior Brand Manager), providing them with guidance and coaching on their work, prioritising and delegating effectively across the team to maximise support and customer impact


What you'll need:

  • Knowledge of Away From Home/Out of Home channel highly preferred
  • Knowledge of food industry highly preferred
  • Marketing experience working with multiple agencies across numerous projects
  • Handling and planning of annual budgets
  • Experience of developing a team
  • Education - Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred
