About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager, EMEA, to own and execute regional marketing programs that drive pipeline, customer engagement and revenue growth.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, EMEA, this role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will be responsible for translating regional priorities into high-impact programs and events, owning end-to-end delivery, and working closely with Sales, SDRs, Partners, and the broader Marketing organisation.

This hands-on manager role is ideal for someone who can both lead programs and execute—comfortable owning results, managing budgets, and ensuring measurable business impact within a high-growth environment.

As a Marketing Manager at Starburst, you will

  • Own the planning and execution of EMEA marketing programs and events, including field events, executive experiences, partner activities, and webinars.
  • Act as the primary owner of regional event execution, from concept to post-event follow-up, performance analysis and reporting.
  • Manage event budgets, vendors, venues, logistics, shipping, swag sourcing and ordering, and on-site delivery.
  • Partner closely with Sales and SDR teams to create targeted invites, invite strategies and follow-up motions to maximise event engagement.
  • Coordinate with the Creative, Content, and Digital teams to develop and deliver event assets and regional campaigns tailored to EMEA audiences.
  • Oversee and maintain promotional inventory and ensure brand standards are consistently applied across all field marketing programs.
  • Support pipeline generation efforts by ensuring events and programs are executed effectively, tracked accurately, and follow-up is done properly.
  • Partner with the Social Media and Comms to amplify regional activity and thought leadership.
  • Track and report performance metrics (attendance, leads, MQLs, follow-up status, pipeline contribution, ROI) and continuously optimise based on results.
  • Provide general marketing operations and administrative support as needed.

Some of the things we look for:

  • 5–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, or regional marketing roles (enterprise or high-growth tech preferred)
  • Proven experience owning and delivering regional programs tied to pipeline and revenue
  • Strong operational discipline with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Confidence working cross-functionally (Sales, SDRs, Partners and internal stakeholders)
  • Comfortable managing budgets, vendors, and external agencies
  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring and reporting on marketing impact
  • Willingness to travel within Europe for key programs and events
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and project management platforms
