What you'll do

As a Customer Engagement Marketing Manager, you’ll be developing and delivering marketing strategies and briefs that support the priorities of our business. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to the overall planning process across the Marketing team, and build strong relationships with a variety of key stakeholders across the Marketing function and wider business.

Day-to-day, you’ll be:

  • Delivering the end to end onboarding and engagement strategy customer communications for Premier
  • Delivering against the brief, at all stages of the campaign
  • Distributing and managing the sign off all campaigns
  • Managing and tracking marketing campaign budgets, making sure targets are reached and spend is tracked accurately
  • Leveraging our strategic partnerships to make sure that our activity such as brief development, marketing planning and delivery management, reflects leading thinking and best practices
The skills you'll need

We’re looking for someone with a successful background in marketing, with experience of delivering the end to end engagement strategy and cross-channel customer communications. You'll able to evidence strong ability to understand and use data and insight to identify customer needs, build target audiences, generate a messaging matrix, tracking, reporting and optimisation. You’ll bring fresh thinking and creativity to your work, paired with knowledge of marketing strategies, models and practices.

Along with this, you’ll need:

  • Experience of working with creative agencies
  • Experience working with Data & Analytics and Martech teams
  • Budget Management experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and presentation skills
  • Networking and influencing skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
