Role Description

The Marketing Manager, Commodities, reports to the Marketing Director, Commodities, and will collaborate closely with the Global Marketing team to deliver on their plans.

Main Responsibilities of the Role

  • Develop and clearly articulate a compelling marketing strategy to support priority goals and drive growth within our Commodities business
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and tactics in line with the strategy, utilising the full marketing channel mix and martech stack
  • Work with Product Marketing to help build a compelling narratives around Commodities products and offerings
  • Work collaboratively with the global marketing team to maximise reach and performance of campaigns and to share best practices
  • Continuously analyse and evaluate campaigns to improve performance and deliver on KPIs and revenue targets
  • Utilise customer and market insights to inform strategy and planning
  • Collaborate seamlessly with the Commodities leadership and commercial teams, to maintain alignment on growth priorities and to ensure customer-centricity is at the heart of all our campaigns
  • Effectively manage stakeholder relationships across the business and provide regular performance updates
  • Manage a budget and deliver on agreed ROI

Knowledge & Experience

  • Previous experience in roles where you have been responsible for developing a global demand marketing strategy across multiple channels and delivering on the tactical plan/s
  • High degree of comfort working in a B2B professional services environment
  • Proven track record of delivering to plan and budget and exceeding goals
  • Experienced martech user (experience using Salesforce and Pardot is an advantage)
  • Sound knowledge and experience of digital marketing practices and channels
  • Knowledge of the energy, renewables, and/or commodity markets is a distinct advantage
