About the Marketing TeamThe Marketing Team is the voice and vibe of Ready. We are responsible for reaching and acquiring new users. It’s our job get people excited about our mission, Product, and latest news.
As a team, we combine creativity and data to maximise our reach, acquisition and retention. We are always testing, never afraid to fail, and always back up our ideas with data or logic.
As Marketing Manager, you’ll own upcoming Product announcements, ensuring that Ready’s tone of voice is engaging and consistent. You'll work alongside the wider Marketing team, as well as the wider company, including Growth, Product, Design, and Customer Support.
As a Social Media and Content Manager, you will get to:- Own copy for upcoming Product announcements across all channels, including X, Discord, LinkedIn and the Ready Newsletter (+40% open rate).
- Collaborate with Growth and Product to define product positioning, messaging, and GTM.
- Support the Head of Marketing with brand campaigns, both online and in-real life, to increase brand awareness, user acquisition, and feature adoption of Ready products.
- Work closely with internal teams, including Product, Design, and Customer Support to align on upcoming products and marketing campaigns.
- Ideally 1-2 years marketing experience in a startup, but we’re open to graduate profiles as well
- Strong copywriting skills is a must - concise, engaging, and conversion-focused
- Creative, energetic, and full of ideas (we’ll test this)
- Strong familiarity with crypto
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and wider stakeholders
- An eye for analytics and be comfortable working with data
- Experience in Product Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or Brand Marketing
