The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for implementing integrated marketing campaigns for Claire’s brick and mortar and off-site partners that align with the company's overall business strategy. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts across various channels, with a primary focus on in-store signage for brick and mortar along with CPG locations. 

The role can be offered on a hybrid basis from our European HQ in Erdington, Birmingham.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

Promotional Campaign Support: 

  • Assist in the planning and leading the execution of promotional marketing campaigns focusing on in-store signage & promotions. 

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure prompt and effective execution of promotional signage activities. 

  • Ensure all promotional content is consistent with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. 

Cross-Functional Coordination: 

  • Work closely with store planning, store operations, CPG Partners and creative teams to ensure campaign consistency and effectiveness. 

  • Coordinate with CPG, external agencies and vendors as needed to execute marketing activities. 

Data Tracking and Analysis: 

  • Track and analyse the performance of promotional campaigns using various analytics tools and platforms. 

  • Prepare reports on campaign effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. 

Vendor and Partner Coordination: 

  • Coordinate with internal and external vendors and partners to manage the production and delivery of promotional materials. 

  • Ensure that all vendor activities and deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines. 

Process Improvement: 

  • Identify opportunities to enhance promotional processes and workflows. 

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for promotional marketing. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. 

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in marketing or promotional roles, with exposure to multi-channel campaigns. 

Skills & Experience:

  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and promotional strategies. 

  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms, including Asana 

  • Strong organizational and project management skills. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights. 

  • Experience with MicroSoft Suite, Google Docs, Dropbox 

  • Experience in managing promotional events and activities.

  • Strong communication skills. 

  • Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team. 

  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
