We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our marketing department.
You will support various initiatives, from internal communications to budget management, and contribute to the overall success of our marketing efforts. Responsibilities:
- Executive Communications Support: Manage the end-to-end process of collecting inputs and drafting the monthly marketing update for the CEO letter, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Internal Meeting Coordination: Own the creation of Marketing All-Hands meeting decks, proactively following up with stakeholders to ensure all slides are populated and content is submitted ahead of the event.
- Financial Administration Support: Provide essential support to marketing teams in navigating the budget and Purchase Order (PO) process, assisting with documentation and tracking as needed.
- Onboarding & Department Administration: Facilitate the seamless onboarding of new marketing employees by ensuring they are added to relevant Slack channels and Google Calendars.
- Intranet Content Management: Assist the team in updating the marketing section of the company intranet, ensuring information is current and accessible.
- Quarterly Business Review (QBR) Preparation: Compile Marketing QBR slide decks, collaborating with teams to ensure all information is updated and accurate prior to calls.
- Cross-Functional Support: Actively learn various functions and roles across the Marketing Operations team, providing flexible and comprehensive support where needed to optimise team efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or entry-level marketing role.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar) and Slack.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within marketing operations.
