We are looking for a Marketing Programs Manager to lead the marketing strategy and execution for one of our lines of business. In this role, you will become the internal expert on this specific market, customers, and competition. You will use this knowledge to design high-impact plans, ranging from focused Account-Based Marketing (ABM) for top-tier accounts to broader strategies for other market segments. You will be responsible for defining the strategy and goals, while working closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to execute the plans.
Main Responsibilities
- Program Strategy & Leadership: Develop the strategy for integrated marketing programs. Create distinct plans for different customer tiers, including dedicated ABM for strategic accounts and broader outreach for the wider market.
- Market Expertise: Learn and master the details of our market, customer challenges, and competitive landscape to ensure our strategies are on target.
- Cross-Functional Planning: Lead the planning process by coordinating with Regional Sales, Solution Teams, Product Marketing, and Field Marketing to ensure everyone is aligned on the goals.
- Content Direction: define the content needs and messaging focus for your programs. Collaborate with Product Marketing and the Content Lead, who will create the assets and translate technical capabilities into clear narratives based on your plans.
- Program Execution: oversee the rollout of your programs by partnering with Digital, field and Marketing Operations teams to implement campaigns across web, social, email, and events.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor how your programs are performing against KPIs and work with the relevant teams to improve results.
Key Requirements:
- Over 10 years in B2B marketing roles.
- Proven experience leading Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and tiered account strategies.
- Experience marketing hardware or complex deep-tech products.
- Demonstrated success working closely with Sales and Product teams to drive revenue.
- Technical Aptitude:
- BSc or MSc in physics, engineering, or a related technical field – an advantage.
- Strong ability to learn and comprehend complex scientific and engineering concepts to effectively plan strategies.
- Autodidact eager to master new technologies
