SUMMARY OF DUTIES

Together, we are making a difference in the lives of patients around the world. The successful candidate will perform various administrative or secretarial tasks as an assistant to the UK region.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides daily administrative support to both the marketing and sales teams.
  • Support the marketing and sales teams in organising meeting and company events on and off site.
  • Coordinate logistics for team meetings, including preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, and distributing key information.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient filing system for both physical and digital documents. This involves preparing, formatting, and proofreading various reports and correspondence.
  • Reviews outgoing materials and correspondence for internal consistency and conformance with supervisor's procedures.
  • Assist the VP of Marketing and Sales with expense reporting and travel.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new hires for UK sales and marketing.
  • Coordinates various personnel and administrative forms for the office and forwards them for processing.
  • Performs other administrative tasks as needed to support the marketing and sales departments.
  • Some national and international travel may be sporadically required.

SUMMARY OF MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education equivalent to a High School Diploma with five-years previous administrative experience.
  • Demonstrated computer skills preferably spreadsheets, word processing, database and other applicable software programs.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate and maintain filing and office systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well, verbally and in writing, with others.
