Reporting to the UKI Senior Regional Marketing Director, Genesys is looking to hire a Marketing Specialist for the UK&I region. The position is created to support the regional marketing and Genesys sales teams with the planning and execution of marketing activities that will further drive pipeline as well as build the Genesys brand across enterprises, channel partners and ecosystem partners.
Responsibilities include:
- End-to-end campaign management across multiple channels (traditional and digital)
- Plan and execute full-funnel campaigns to build pipelines within identified target accounts/industries.
- Define ideal customer profiles and develop creative, innovative, and engaging messaging.
- Manage campaign launch and timeline, ROI, and data-driven improvements through optimisation.
- Define and track campaign metrics to ensure business impact measured pipeline (sourced/influenced), data accuracy and engagement scoring.
- Supporting Genesys events, trade shows, industry conferences and external speaking opportunities for enterprise markets.
- Budget Management
- Manage and create Social media, Paid Media schedules, Email / Nurture Cadence
- Work with cross functional groups in Sales, Customer Success, PR, Customer Advocacy, Partners on a project basis.
This person will regularly interface with the following people:
- UKI Senior Regional Marketing Director, Customer Success, Partner Managers and EMEA marketing teams
- Regional sales management.
Experience & Skills Required:
- At least 1-2 years’ experience ideally in an IT industry
- Experience in Demand Generation activities driven by KPIs and pipeline growth
- Creative knowledge on design tools such as Adobe, Creatopy, Video editing software
- Use of Salesforce or similar CRM tool plus KPI Reporting such as Tableau
- Good personal communication and presentation skills are essential
- Experience working in CCAS or SaaS market would be desirable but not essential.
Profile:
The candidate will be educated to degree level with strong commercial and presentation skills. They will be a self-starter, highly motivated with a positive attitude and a good communicator. The ability to prioritise activities in support of marketing and sales objectives is essential
Minimum of one day a week in the London, United Kingdom office. Some international travel may be required but this is mostly a UK and Ireland based role.
