Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (PM) with expertise in Configuration Management and IBM Maximo Asset & Waste Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the configuration, implementation, and optimization of Maximo solutions to support asset lifecycle management and waste management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation, configuration, and customizationof IBM Maximo for Asset & Waste Management.

Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and risk management strategies for Maximo deployment.

Oversee configuration management processes, ensuring version control and adherence to best practices.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define workflows, and ensure system alignment with business objectives.

Ensure compliance with ITIL, ISO, and regulatory standardsfor asset and waste management.

Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and consultantsto deliver solutions on time and within budget.

Provide guidance on data migration, integrations, and reporting related to Maximo.

Manage project documentation, including configuration baselines, change logs, and test plans.

Lead training sessions and workshops to ensure end-user adoption of Maximo solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in Asset Management or Waste Management domains.

Strong knowledge of IBM Maximo, including configuration, customization, and administration.

Experience with Configuration Management tools and processes (e.g., version control, change management).

Familiarity with ITIL practices and best practices in asset lifecycle management.

Experience in data migration, API integrations, and reporting within Maximo.

Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.

PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL certification is a plus.
