The Role: 

As a Clinical Investigator, you will use your medical and clinical expertise to provide evidence-based guidance and insights to enhance our menopause and pregnancy programs. This role involves reviewing clinical research, understanding country-specific practices, and supporting program development to align with local regulatory standards and cultural considerations. 

The Team: 

Our team consists of a diverse group of individuals with clinical and regulatory expertise in reproductive health, menopause, fertility, pregnancy, and urology. We are passionate about helping individuals navigate their reproductive health and healthy aging through evidence-based, patient-centered care. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and update the team on regulatory trends and clinical practice guidelines related to reproductive health, pregnancy, and menopause in your country.
  • Identify and address unique challenges in reproductive health and menopause that are specific to your region
  • Provide country-specific expertise to adapt existing programs to local medical practices and member needs.
  • Offer clinical and scientific guidance to Carrot’s Clinical Team and other departments.
  • Conduct literature reviews using peer-reviewed journals and scientific publications on menopause, hormonal health, and pregnancy.
  • Evaluate and summarize research to support program development and identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Participate in virtual discussions with cross-functional teams to share insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs and priorities.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education and Licensing
    • Medical Degree specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology. 
    • Country-specific licensure
      • UK: Membership of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (MRCOG)
      • IRE: Registration with the Institute of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists
      • CAN: Licensed by the relevant provincial medical regulatory authority


  • Experience:
    • At least 5 years of clinical practice in reproductive health, with expertise in menopause and pregnancy care
    • Previous experience: Supervising physician, Lead physician level of experience in the field of obstetrics and gynecology
    • Knowledge of diseases, conditions, and treatments, as well as potential lifestyle behaviors, impacting reproductive health, pregnancy and menopause
  • Skills and Competences:
    • Proficient in conducting research and generating professional summaries from clinical and medical databases
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English 
    • Ability to work remotely with reliable online resources and a confidential workspace
    • Cultural sensitivity and awareness regarding reproductive health, pregnancy and menopause. 


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active clinical and research experience in pregnancy and menopause care
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to share experience effectively
  • Passion for continuous learning and a commitment to improve reproductive health care outcomes.
