Description

We are monday.com, a global software company transforming how businesses run. Our product suite can adapt to the needs of diverse industries and use cases within one powerful platform, empowering ~245,000 customers worldwide to reimagine how work gets done, drive greater efficiency, and scale like never before.

With over 2,500 employees across the globe, we grow by prioritizing transparency and knowledge sharing. We care about the impact you make, not the hours you clock, so we encourage initiative, ownership, and fresh thinking. We back our people with flexible work, wellness and mental health support, and a work environment built on collaboration.

About The Role

As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you’ll be the face of monday.com for our Israeli customers. You'll own the full sales cycle, but you won’t be doing it alone. You’ll work cross-functionally with solution engineers, customer success, marketing, and product teams to drive real impact for your clients — and for us. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing team and play a key role in shaping our mid-market presence in Israel.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the full sales cycle from discovery through negotiation and close — focusing on expansion and retention
  • Build deep, consultative relationships with key stakeholders at mid-market companies across Israel
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that map directly to our customers’ goals and business outcomes
  • Identify growth signals proactively and develop strategic plans to expand account value
  • Guide legal and procurement discussions to successful closure
  • Be a voice of the customer internally to improve the product, process, and customer journey

Why you’ll love working here:

You’ll join a highly supportive, high-performing sales team that celebrates wins together and learns from each other. We believe in growth — for our customers and for ourselves — and we’ll give you the tools and trust to make it happen.

Requirements

What we’re looking for — must-haves:

  • 2+ years experience as an Account Executive in a SaaS company
  • Native Hebrew speaker (a must for this market)
  • Experience leading contract negotiations and navigating legal conversations
  • Proven success building and managing executive-level relationships
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • A collaborative spirit with a drive to work in a dynamic, fast-moving environment

What you need to know about the Edinburgh Tech Scene

From traditional pubs and centuries-old universities to sleek shopping malls and glass-paneled office buildings, Edinburgh's architecture reflects its unique blend of history and modernity. But the fusion of past and future isn't just visible in its buildings; it's also shaping the city's economy. Named the United Kingdom's leading technology ecosystem outside of London, Edinburgh plays host to major global companies like Apple and Adobe, as well as a growing number of innovative startups in fields like cybersecurity, finance and healthcare.
