Our technology blends cutting-edge AI with real-world applications, delivering scalable, secure, and data-driven solutions to global clients.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated Mid/Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Platform Engineering team. This role plays a critical part in shaping and supporting the infrastructure that powers our data and AI-driven platforms. You will work closely with engineers, data scientists, and product teams to ensure robust, automated, and scalable deployment environments.

This position is ideal for someone passionate about infrastructure automation, cloud-native solutions, and enabling the deployment of complex applications, including AI/ML models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and optimize our cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS) with a focus on reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application, data, and model deployment workflows.
  • Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to deploy and monitor machine learning models and analytical services.
  • Implement and enforce security best practices across cloud and network environments.
  • Troubleshoot deployment and performance issues across multiple environments.
  • Set up and maintain observability tools for logging, monitoring, and alerting (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Loki).
  • Contribute to internal tooling to streamline development, testing, and operations workflows.
  • Stay current with DevOps trends and recommend improvements to tools and processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3–8 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure roles.
  • Strong experience with public cloud environments, particularly AWS (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, EKS).
  • Familiarity with AWS ETL services (e.g., Glue Jobs, Athena, Firehose).
  • Experience with AWS migration tools (e.g., DMS, DataSync).
  • Ability to manage AWS Organizations, accounts, and permission sets.
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • Experience building CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions.
  • Proficiency with containerization using Docker.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as Bash and Python.
  • Solid understanding of cloud security and networking best practices.
  • Strong experience with Linux system administration and performance tuning.
  • Experience working collaboratively with engineering, data, and ML teams to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Willingness and ability to quickly learn and adopt new tools and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect Associate/Professional, DevOps Engineer).
  • Experience deploying and maintaining data processing and machine learning workloads.
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Airflow, BentoML).
  • Knowledge of distributed systems, caching strategies, content delivery networks (CDNs), and load balancing.
  • Understanding of Zero Trust Network (ZTN) concepts using Cloudflare.
  • Basic experience with database administration, especially PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with serverless application deployments using AWS SAM or the Serverless Framework.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, agile startup environments.
  • Exposure to multi-cloud or hybrid cloud architectures.

Tech Stack:

Cloud: AWS, OCI
ZTN: Cloudflare
Application: Kong (API Gateway), Java Spring Boot, Python, Go, TypeScript
Monitoring: Prometheus Stack (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki)
Compute: ECS, EC2, Lambda
Frontend: S3, CloudFront
