N-iX is looking for a Middle Project Manager to join our team.
Requirements:
- At least 3-4 years of experience in IT Project Management.
- Proven experience managing Fixed Price projects end-to-end.
- Strong results-oriented mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach to solving problems.
- Deep understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
- Strong experience in risk management: identification, analysis, and mitigation planning.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexity in parallel.
- Upper Intermediate English.
- Advanced or higher Ukrainian language.
Nice to have:
- Technical background (e.g., prior experience as a developer, QA, or business analyst).
- Understanding of cloud service providers and cloud architecture principles (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMI-PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe). - Experience working in both product and service companies is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full project lifecycle: from initiation and planning through execution, delivery, and closure.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Ensure project goals are met within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor and control project progress, risks, and issues; implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Ensure project documentation is maintained and up to date. - Foster continuous improvement within the team and processes.
- Participate in the recruitment process: conduct interviews, assess candidates for PM-related roles, and support team growth planning.
