What you'll be responsible for
You will support Circle's monetization initiatives across our payments product suite (including CPN and new launches). You'll help shape recommendations through analysis and market/context input, and you'll run the cross-functional work needed to implement and measure monetization programs.
What you'll work on
  • Support monetization planning by contributing analyses, customer/partner learnings, and competitive context to pricing and incentive discussions
  • Build and maintain financial models (unit economics, take-rate impacts, adoption scenarios) to evaluate monetization opportunities and proposed changes
  • Help develop recommendations by turning analysis into clear options, tradeoffs, and decision-ready summaries (with direction from senior monetization leads)
  • Execute incentive and commercial programs by coordinating stakeholders, tracking deliverables, and ensuring rollout readiness (enablement, FAQs, internal comms, launch checklists)
  • Measure and improve performance through KPI tracking, dashboards, and post-launch readouts; identify what's working and what needs adjustment
  • Own operational cadence for workstreams (project plans, timelines, action tracking, meeting notes, follow-ups) to keep initiatives moving
  • Support cross-functional alignment with BD, Product, Finance, Legal, Risk/Compliance, and Operations to resolve issues, unblock dependencies, and land decisions

What you'll bring to Circle
Core requirements
  • 3+ years in Monetization, BizOps, Strategy & Ops, Strategic Finance, Growth/Revenue Ops, or similar
  • 1+ year exposure to payments (payments company or serving payments customers/partners)
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills (Excel/Sheets); ability to communicate insights clearly
  • Solid project execution skills: organized, dependable, and effective with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building structure (workplans, docs, repeatable processes)
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel while maintaining strong attention to detail

Preferred requirements
  • Experience supporting monetization changes end-to-end (analysis → rollout → measurement)
  • Familiarity with cross-border and/or stablecoin payments concepts (flows, fee structures, partner economics)
  • Experience preparing leadership-ready materials (one-pagers, decks, decision memos)
