- Durchführung von Montagetätigkeiten wie Schrauben, Kleben, Klipsen nach klaren Arbeitsanweisungen
- Rotation an unterschiedlichen Arbeitsplätzen innerhalb der Montagelinie
- Bedienung vorhandener Maschinen und Anlagen nach Vorgabe
- Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen nach festgelegten Standards
- Frühzeitige Meldung von Fehlern und Abweichungen an den Teamleiter/in
- Sicherstellung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit am Arbeitsplatz
Ihr Profil
- Berufserfahrung im Produktions- oder Montagebereich, idealerweise in der Metall-, Kunststoff- oder Automobilbranche
- Handwerkliches Geschick und gutes technisches Verständnis
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
- Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Aufmerksamkeit für Qualität und Prozesse
