Valeo's Bobigny site (93) is the Light Division's headquarters and employs 520 people in innovation, R&D and laboratory testing of lighting systems (headlamps, rear lamps, interior lighting, etc.).

We are recruiting a Senior Technical Product Manager M/F, who will be in charge of a team of engineers and will be responsible for the R&D results of electronic design projects at international level. 

Your challenges ?

  • Managing a team

  • Identify and create synergies and ensure optimum use of all resources

  • Represent the electronics R&D function to customers

  • Help identify requirements in terms of resources, equipment and investment

  • Establish a detailed breakdown of activities in order to meet milestones

  • Supervise the proper execution of electronics sub-projects

  • Define and monitor project development budgets from the RFQ phase onwards

  • Identify potential risks and guarantee the robustness of the design in line with customer requirements

  • Participate in the development of standards and take an active part in design reviews by applying these standards

  • Examine and challenge requests for de-standardisation before they are issued

What about you :

With a 5-year degree in electronics, and at least 15 years' experience, you will have developed skills in hardware design, and management of projects and multicultural teams. 

Recognised for your analytical and structuring skills, as well as your pragmatism and tenacity, you enjoy working in complex and challenging environments.

Knowledge of the automotive sector and its constraints is an additional asset. 

Your English is fluent.
