What you need to know about this position:
- This role involves managing the Rewards flexible benefits program for the UK&I market, including overseeing the relationship with the third-party benefits provider to ensure seamless service delivery.
- The role holder will also be responsible for managing escalations and ensuring timely resolution of any issues that arise.
- Additionally, this person will support and collaborate with the Rewards Advisor on key activities as needed, offering a great opportunity to gain broader exposure across the Rewards function.
