About the Role
This is an open application for commercial roles within Joymo. Whether your expertise is in sales, partnerships, account management, sponsorship, or business development, we want to hear from you. We regularly open new positions and are keen to connect with driven individuals who can help us grow our customer base, deepen relationships, and open new revenue streams.

What You Might Do

  • Drive new business by identifying, pitching, and closing deals with partners
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing partners to increase adoption and value.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, prepare proposals, and lead contract discussions.
  • Develop creative monetisation strategies for rights holders.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver exceptional partner experiences.
  • Represent Joymo at industry events and conferences.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in sales, partnerships, or commercial roles – ideally in sports, media, education or tech.
  • Strong relevant network is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for sports and technology.
