Operation Project Manager
EMEA / AMAS / APAC - homebased
About the role
BSI Regulatory Services is looking for an Operation Project Manager who will be responsible for managing the delivery of technical work for multiple medical devices/IVD projects. Accountabilities include oversight, completion, planning and scheduling, critical success factors, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate, manage and monitor the scheduling, delivery and completion of medical devices certification projects for new and existing medium to large scale clients.
Build strong, collaborative relationships with the internal stakeholders and clients across technology teams.
Create and maintain project plans and dashboards, and ensure that key internal and external stakeholders are kept up to date with project progress.
Develop deep understanding of the complexity of the business and its individual business areas.
Build an in-depth understanding of client business needs and drivers.
Provide a timely response to internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellent account support is maintained.
Analyse and report performance data to internal stakeholders.
To be successful in the role, you will have:
A minimum of 3 years project management experience (or a similar role) within the medical devices/IVD regulatory environment.
Knowledge of the European medical devices regulatory systems and the commercial and regulatory environment in which BSI operates.
Previous client facing experience.
