Movable Ink is looking for an Operations Analyst to support the maintenance, analysis, and improvement of internal processes and workflows that keep Movable Ink running efficiently. This role sits within the Business Transformation team and works cross-functionally to maintain operational infrastructure, surface process gaps, and ensure accurate data across key systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow their operational skill set in a fast-moving environment.

What You'll Do
  • Support the operational excellence of Movable Ink by maintaining and improving core internal processes and workflows that underpin how the business runs day to day (e.g. procurement/vendor management, cloud cost management, AI development, knowledge management governance)
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across key business systems and processes, identifying and resolving gaps before they create downstream issues (e.g. contract data and attributes, knowledge base accuracy, cost/usage reporting, KPI tracking)
  • Own end-to-end operational workflows, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and continuous improvement across each stage (e.g. procurement/vendor management workflows)
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and standardize repeatable processes, driving clarity and efficiency across initiatives and teams
  • Assist in optimizing internal platforms and tooling to reduce manual lift and improve team efficiency
  • Support project management for operational initiatives: tracking key milestones, flagging risks, and maintaining status visibility across workstreams
What You Bring
  • 1–3 years of experience in business operations, consulting, data or a related analytical role
  • Ability to communicate clearly to all levels of the organization
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A structured, analytical mindset with strong project management instincts
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing accuracy or follow-through
Nice to Have
  • Experience with procurement or vendor management, including familiarity with contract lifecycle and sourcing tools
  • Experience working within a SaaS or tech company
  • Familiarity with AI tools and their practical business applications
  • Familiarity with tooling (Asana, Slack, Guru, OpenAI/Claude)
