You will work across Operations, Technology, and business partners to translate strategy into practical execution. This role offers broad exposure to complex initiatives, senior stakeholders, and meaningful process and control improvements.

As an Operations Change Manager - Associate within the Operations Change Team, you will lead Operations-focused change delivery across the full change lifecycle. You will assess operational impacts, coordinate readiness activities, and drive execution from initiation through implementation. You will partner closely with stakeholders across Operations and Technology to remove roadblocks, manage risks, and ensure sustainable outcomes.

Job responsibilities

  • Conduct Operations impact assessments for new initiatives, including capacity, operating model impacts, business impacts, and regulatory considerations
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of change initiatives from initiation through implementation, ensuring milestones, plans, and delivery artifacts are created and maintained
  • Coordinate operational readiness for new product or process implementations, ensuring procedures, controls, training, and support models are in place before go-live
  • Identify, track, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating appropriately to protect delivery outcomes
  • Partner with stakeholders across Operations and Technology to align scope, timelines, and ownership across workstreams
  • Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Controls partners to identify, assess, and address risk and regulatory exposure in a timely manner
  • Communicate progress clearly through updates, forums, and working sessions, tailoring messages for different audiences
  • Contribute to team priorities and continuous improvement initiatives, supporting a strong, inclusive team culture

 Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Relevant experience in business-side program or project management within a financial institution or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated experience delivering change across the full project lifecycle (initiation through implementation and stabilization)
  • Proven ability to conduct operational impact assessments and translate requirements into executable plans
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering across functions and levels, including senior leaders
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities while maintaining high attention to detail and delivery quality
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex topics for clear decision-making

 Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Proficiency with Jira and Confluence (or similar delivery and documentation tools)
  • Experience supporting operational readiness for new products, process launches, or operating model changes
  • Familiarity with change management frameworks and structured approaches to adoption, training, and communications
  • Experience working closely with risk, compliance, and control partners in regulated environments
