Description

We are hiring an Operations & Procurement Lead to oversee vendor management, contract negotiations, legal compliance, and HR functions. This role requires expertise in procurement, legal risk management, and HR policies to ensure the company’s operational, contractual, and talent management strategies align with its strategic goals.

The ideal candidate has experience in contract negotiation, legal coordination, and HR operations, with a deep understanding of vendor management, compliance, and blockchain industry regulations.

What you will do

1. Vendor Management & Procurement

  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for blockchain infrastructure, software, and operational needs.
  • Manage procurement processes, ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with legal and financial guidelines.
  • Oversee vendor contracts, renewals, and performance metrics

2. Contract Oversight & Legal Coordination

  • Review, draft, and negotiate contracts in collaboration with legal counsel.
  • Manage legal risk by ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigating contractual liabilities.
  • Serve as the primary liaison to external legal counsel, ensuring that legal matters are handled effectively.
  • Oversee intellectual property, licensing agreements, and blockchain-related legal compliance.

3. HR & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and off boarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies that align with company culture and legal standards.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and labor regulations, working with legal counsel as needed.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop talent acquisition and retention strategies.
Requirements

Experience & Background

  • 3-5 years of experience in procurement, legal operations, contract management, or HR, preferably in tech or blockchain.
  • Proven experience negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.
  • Strong background in HR processes, employment law, and company culture development.
  • Experience working with legal teams on compliance, contracts, and risk management.

Skills & Expertise

  • Legal & Contract Management – Ability to read, interpret, and negotiate contracts, working closely with legal counsel.
  • Procurement & Vendor Relations – Experience securing vendor partnerships, negotiating terms, and ensuring SLA compliance.
  • HR Operations & Compliance – Knowledge of recruitment, labor laws, and HR best practices.
  • Negotiation & Communication – Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, legal teams, and employees.
  • Regulatory & Risk Awareness – Understanding of blockchain industry regulations and compliance requirements.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, HR Management, or a related field.
