We’re looking for a highly motivated Off-Page SEO Specialist to strengthen our organic visibility, authority, and search rankings through strategic backlink acquisition.

In this role, you will work closely with the SEO Manager and content team to secure high-quality, relevant, and safe backlinks that enhance rankings, traffic, and brand awareness. You will evaluate websites, run outreach campaigns, and maintain a strong and diversified backlink profile for our priority projects.
Key Responsibilities

  • Research and qualify backlink prospects based on relevance, organic traffic, authority metrics (DR), and spam risk.
  • Build, manage, and optimize outreach campaigns to acquire high-quality backlinks.
  • Negotiate placements, track costs, and maintain an organized link-building database (source, target URL, anchor text, link type, price, status).
  • Collaborate with the content team to brief and review outreach articles, ensuring they meet SEO best practices and brand guidelines.
  • Monitor backlink profile health, including toxic links, lost links, and anchor text distribution; recommend disavow or removal actions when needed.
  • Analyze competitors’ backlink profiles and strategies to identify new link-building opportunities.
  • Prepare monthly reports on acquired links, costs, campaign performance, and impact on organic rankings and traffic.

Requirements
  • 1–3+ years of hands-on off-page SEO / link-building experience (agency or in-house).
  • Strong understanding of white-hat link-building, anchor text strategies, link quality assessment, and link risk management.
  • Practical experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, or similar.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel for managing extensive link databases and reporting.
  • Excellent written communication skills for outreach and negotiation (Upper-Intermediate+ English).
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to follow structured processes.
