We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Paid Media Manager to take ownership of performance across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), DV360, and direct Publisher Buys. You’ll be responsible not just for execution, but for setting the strategy, managing end-to-end operations, and guiding ongoing optimisation to maximise ROI.
This is a high-impact role for someone who combines analytical sharpness with operational discipline, and thrives on building scalable, data-driven campaigns. You’ll lead planning, execution, and reporting for your channels, while working closely with cross-functional teams across creative, brand, and product.
As a Paid Media Manager at Smartly, you will...- Own end-to-end execution and optimisation of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and DV360 campaigns
- Manage Publisher Buys end-to-end: starting with selecting the best publishers for each campaign, based on audience and prior performance to RFP creation and vendor negotiations to flighting, timelines, and performance tracking
- Drive cross-channel performance reporting and analysis, ensuring clarity, accountability, and insight
- Collaborate with our Paid Media Specialist on LinkedIn and Meta, aligning strategies across platforms
- Provide feedback and recommendations to creative and brand team on types of ad creatives that may perform best
- Project manage your own responsibilities to ensure timely delivery of all assets to vendors to meet deadlines
- Build and improve scalable workflows in Monday.com and shared trackers to streamline campaign delivery
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (brand, creative, product) to ensure campaigns are timely, relevant, and consistent with business goals
- Own and refine campaign structures, naming conventions, UTM tracking, and creative rotation processes
- Have 3–5+ years experience in performance marketing, with hands-on experience in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video)
- Experienced with DV360 and familiarity with Publisher Direct Buys processes is a plus
- Have strong organisational skills - you keep track of timelines, flighting, and deadlines without dropping the ball
- Are detail-oriented: You double-check every link, budget, and asset before a campaign goes live
- Are data-savvy: fluent in Google Sheets/Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas) and confident turning data into insights and testing plans
- Have excellent project management and organisational skills - able to manage multiple moving pieces without missing a beat
- Are a clear communicator with strong collaboration skills—able to work with internal stakeholders and external partners alike
- Bonus: Experience in LinkedIn Ads, Meta ads, or TikTok ads is a plus
