MVF are looking for an experienced Paid Search campaign specialist to join our award-winning performance marketing team. We are one of the World's largest customer acquisition businesses, with a core team in London working closely with our growing team in Austin, Texas. What you'll be doing
  • Hitting marketing plans and growing a portfolio of performance campaigns across Google Search/Display/Demand Gen/PMax and Bing, through in-depth performance analysis and implementation of optimisation activities & tests.
  • Leading on testing and projects that enable the wider SEM team of 30+ move forward with new products and features.
  • Dedicated project/personal development. We highly encourage you to find your own specialism within the business/team. This could be technical strength, creative design, other platform knowledge or anything you can think of.
  • You will be collaborating with our Paid Search team in the UK while also working closely with our Americas B2C remote team members.

About you/Requirements for the role
  • A minimum of 3 years of hands on campaign management experience on Google Ads (Search required, Display and/or YouTube preferred) including implementation of optimisation activities and tests
  • Can work autonomously and deliver marketing performance & analysis
  • Display strong communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders of different seniorities
  • Desire to test new platform features and help advance the team's strategy and knowledge by applying local marketing experience
  • Evidence of processes and workflows designed or improved
  • Evidence of strong analytical and numerical ability
  • Loves taking on challenges beyond their current role
  • Thrives in new environments
  • Passion for self-development and learning new skills
